Potentially redundant context rules

Patrik Fältström asks if there is redundancy between the Bidi rules in

Bidi-related stuff in 
http://stupid.domain.name/stuff/draft-ietf-idnabis-tables-06c.txt

My answer: there is some overlapping concerning not mixing different kinds 
of digits in one label.  The rest of the Bidi rules is absolutely not 
covered in the Tables document.
