U+303B VERTICAL IDEOGRAPHIC ITERATION MARK

I did catch this in one of the email messages about the contextual  
rules. It was sort of hidden...so I have not seen this until now.

Can I get a consensus on whether this should continue to be CONTEXTO  
or DISALLOWED?

It is today CONTEXTO.
