Open issues

Mark,

My apologies for not responding to this sooner (unfortunately, 
very few others have either).  I've been preoccupied with some 
other issues, most of them unrelated to IDNA.   Several of the 
issues you raise have already been addressed in the working 
copies of the documents.  I should be able to get a list of 
those proposed fixes posted later today.  And, of course, if 
the WG likes, and can refine, the idea about mappings I posted 
last week, it will change the complexion of some of the other 
topics.
