Revised Consensus Summary on Sharp-S and Final Sigma

Dear Vint, all...
 
Regarding the request for a consensus call on latin Sharp S ang Greek Final Sigma I totally support the position of my colleagues - (.cy cc TLD Registrar and .gr cc TLD registrar) as to option (1) "Both characters should be PVALID".
 
As my colleagues already stated the final greek Sigma is used by a high percentage of Greek words and should be included in IDNA 2008 in order to support the correct use of the Greek language.
