I have a few editorial comments on the latest draft of the subject 
document.

1) In section 2, first para:  "satisifies" => "satisfies"

2) In section 2, rule 5:  "En" > "EN"

3) In section 7.1, last para:  "this would in conflict" => ""this would 
conflict"

4) In section 10, "Matitahu" => "Matitiahu"

5) In section 11.1, the reference for UAX9 is quite outdated.  The 
official version on the Unicode site (see 
http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr9/ ) is Revision 19 dated 2008-03-21.
