I have requested two two-hour sessions, as before and asked approval  
for a third 1 hour session if needed.

Agenda is still in progress. Your suggestions for topics are welcome.

A possible set of consensus positions will be sent to the  
distribution list before the end of this month for discussion on the  
list with the objective of reducing remaining outstanding issues. It  
is hoped that general agreement can be reached in the Minneapolis  
meetings.
