ve-form of the name.  We chose to continue to preserve the case of the DNS-=
form of the name as we do with existing ASCII names, however ensure symmetr=
y based on the case-insensitive comparisons of the DNS-form.  Ultimately, t=
he native form must satisfy the IDNA protocol, therefore the label V=E4ter =
is invalid (V is DISALLOWED).

As someone pointed out before, technically xn--Vter-loa is not an A-label, =
because punycode-decode yields V=E4ter which is not IDNA-valid.
