There is a reason why many code points such as "mathematical
fraktur capital B" or "black-letter capital C" are disallowed.

"Hostile" IMO describes it good enough, nobody needs fraktur C
in a domain label.  Otherwise IDNAbis could simply permit all
code points above u+7F, and let punycode transform them to LDH.
