Sorry, this was not my intent. I obviously refered only to ASCII in 
the single letter name case.

We agree. My position is, that the consequence of their support (for 
example as "a at a") COULD lead to a network situation where the  IDNA 
requirements could change. However, I agree that this kind of 
consideration is no more a WG-IDNABIS issue.

I think we all are interested in having a declared consensus on that 
issue whatever it can be.
