I was thinking of the digits in various scripts. For example:

U+0A66 GURMUKHI DIGIT ZERO
U+0CE6 KANNADA DIGIT ZERO

etc

Nd seems to be used for "... DIGIT NNNN" where NNNN is ZERO to NINE.
