Correct, no consensus, but the wind is blowing in that direction at  
the moment.

There are many on this list that have said that the selection on the  
properties will make codepoints be included that should not be used  
in identifiers in DNS.

I will make a few more rounds of changes to my table (and release a  
new I-D), but then we have to make a decision whether the algorithm  
we have come up with is good enough. Or, if we have to take a step  
back and do something else.
