I suggest that all the IANA parts of RFCs are compiled in a parallel document, may be with a reference number to be discussed for a IANA logical classification. They would make the IANA "permanent orders" everyone could consult. It would probably help standarding the IANA ways what would be usueful to everyone - probably showing initially the complexity of the IANA task to translate the IANA consideration parts as they are often written. But it would probably improve quickly if a IANA Registry management tool/system resulted from it.
