Possible chairs for the problem-statement group

At the time of this writing, 13 people have been suggested as possible chairs for the problem-statement group.

Of these people, most have indicated that they are willing to serve, with greater or lesser reluctance, and most have been willing to have the fact that they have been suggested for the job be publicly visible.
This page summarizes the situation. People who have not indicated that it's OK to publish their names in this way are marked as "Xn" in the name field.

Considering

At least one other person was queried, but declined.

Most people have expressed positive things about the idea of co-chairs for the group.

Note: In the original invitation for suggestions, it was stated that people nominated should not be IAB or IESG members. Fred Baker is an IAB member, and Scott Bradner is an IESG member, but people suggested them anyway.
