Meeting Management

This function includes the planning and management of large events such as the IETF meetings held three times per year, as well as more specialized activities such as retreats and interim Working Group meetings.

Work Items include:

- Hotel space (rooms/confernce rooms/small meetig venues/etc.)
- Hotel services: audio visual equipment, electrical services, and food.
- registration & revenue collection services
- coordinate with providers on meeting network deployment.
- Coordination w/ Clerk on Agenda planning
