Distributed Web service

Provide at least 2 sites capable of serving 2+ Mb/sec of data
over Web and FTP. Allow for updating by multiple authorized
users. At least 20G storage area available.
No database or dynamic generation required.
Current implementation: www1.ietf.org, www2.ietf.org,
distributed official I-D and RFC archives.

Mailing list service

Provide capacity of 50.000 messages/hour (recipient side) over
2000 mailing lists. Provide Web based mailing list maintenance.
Spam filtering functions.
Hot standby solution (not including ML maintenance) a plus.
95% of mail sent within 1 hour....?
Current implementation: Optimus/Megatron

Trouble ticket service

Provide a standard RT queue system with customizable queues.
Current implementation: ticket.ietf.org / rt.psg.com

Chat service

Offering & logging chat services during meetings
Current implementation: ietf.xmpp.org (volunteer)
