RFC Editor

The contract for the RFC Editor for 2005 is expected to be with ISI, and is expected to be a continuation of the current contract with ISOC. The RFC Editor has been notified that we're likely to RFP this for 2006 - with the bid process starting in mid-2005.

RFC Publication

Note: It's possible that website and repository management can be more easily run from other functions managed by IASA. The "official standards status record" function is being challenged by the ISD proposal in NEWTRK, which would change this function considerably. (HA)
