Approval of the Minutes :
The Minutes for the IAOC Calls of May 19th and 20th, having been
previously distributed and discussed, were approved.
IAD Report :
The IAOC was pleased with the acceptance by Ray Pelletier of the IAD
position on May 20th. The IAOC discussed a number of logistical items
associated with the new IAD, including the Hiring Report prepared by
the Chair, acquiring the new iad@ietf.org email alias, and the
preparation of announcements to the community and the Press about the
hiring.
IPR Trust :
The IAOC discussed its response to the most recent draft Trust
Agreement for IPR received from CNRI. The IAOC decided that the final
response should be ready after some additional revisions and final
review by Jorge Contreras, the IETF Counsel.
NeuStar
The IAOC is currently awaiting a new draft contract from NeuStar for
Secretariat services. The IAOC discussed open issues with this contract
and the flow of registration money and conference expenses under the
new contract. The IAOC is eagerly awaiting the contribution of the new
IAD to the NeuStar contract discussions, including the Statement of
Work currently under preparation.

The IAOC discussed the content and preparation of the IAOC Report for
May. The IAOC also discussed plans for a face to face meeting of 5 of
the 6 current members and the IAD on June 8th.
