IAOC Old Business - the April IAOC Report :
The IAOC Monthly Report, having been distributed and discussed, was approved.
It was agreed that this and future IAOC Monthly Reports would be posted on the IETF
Announce mailing list.
IAD Report :
The third round interviews with the leading IAD Candidates were discussed at length.
Members of the IAB and the IESG were invited to participate in those interviews, and their feedback was considered.
The logistics of making an offer and the hiring process with the ISOC (which will
actually hire the IAD), and the making of an announcement to the IETF community about the IAD hiring were also discussed.
IETF IPR Trust :
Jorge Contreras, IETF Counsel, joined the call for a discussion about legal aspects of
the proposed Trust Agreement received from CNRI. The IAOC is in the process of preparing a response to this proposal.
House Keeping :
The IAOC Chair reminded the IAOC that the NomCom has requested their feedback on
candidates for the two additional members of the IAOC to be appointed by the NomCom.
