IAOC Call at 10:00 AM EST, Thursday, May 5, 2005.

Approval of the Minutes :

Because of unavoidable scheduling conflicts, only 3 members of the IAOC
were able to participate in the call, and approval of the Minutes of the
previous call was deferred until sufficient feedback and assent has been
received from the absent members.

IAOC Old Business - the April IAOC Report :

The draft IAOC Report for the month of April, having previously been
distributed, was discussed and wording changes were suggested for a new
draft to be distributed for approval.

IAD Search :

A letter of appreciation has been sent to IAD candidates no longer under
consideration. Questions to be asked at the upcoming third round of
interviews of the leading candidates were discussed.

IPR Trust :

A response has been received from CNRI to the draft Trust Document for IPR
sent from the IAOC to CNRI. It was agreed that this should be discussed by
the full IAOC together with Jorge Contreras, the IETF Counsel.

Housekeeping :

The question of Trustee Insurance was discussed; this does not appear to
present any difficulties but a policy cannot be obtained until the Trust
is finalized.
