House Keeping
Approval of the Minutes :
The Minutes for the IAOC Calls of April 14th and 20th, having been
previously distributed and discussed, were approved.
IPR Trust :
The Chair provided the IAOC with a status report on the IPR Trust : a draft of a Trust Document for IPR has been sent from the IAOC to CNRI, but no response has been obtained
as of the time of the meeting.
IAD Search :
The original reference checks on the leading IAD candidates are now complete; and there was an extended discussion on candidate selection. The IAOC did not feel comfortable making a decision with the information available at the time of the meeting, and has requested
that selected candidates prepare and present a presentation on BCP 101 to the IAOC and its advisors to facilitate a final decision.
The April IAOC Report :
The IAOC discussed topics for the April IAOC Report (the first monthly status report from the IAOC).
